Humba is like Adobo that is more tender and sweet, it was from southern part of the Philippines. It is more flavorful than Adobo, it was cooked for almost 3 hours at low heat. The first time I tasted it, was when I was invited by a friend at Eco Park. His mother cooked Humba, I tasted it and it was very delicious, I keep on telling my friend that it was delicious. After that day, I search for the recipe of Humba and how to cook it. I was shocked because it takes too long to cook it, but I think that process made the Humba more delicious than any other dish. I like it because it has a sweet taste and it's very juicy.
I wish, I can eat Humba again =) try it also!!!
